Mr Singh is a traditional Punjabi host, a centuries old tradition he dutifully carries and instils into his ambitious sons.

Mr Singh has always insisted on buying the finest quality raw ingredients in the market, paying high prices to his suppliers to ensure his customers are always served the best - a rare fact in the catering business these days! As well as the sourcing the finest ingredients Mr Singh has also travelled literally thousands of miles to source the finest culinary skills.

After a long and careful search and after sampling the cuisines of several of India's leading hotels and restaurants Mr Singh eventually secured the services of two of Delhi's top 5 star chefs. These culinary leading lights each have over 20 years of award winning experience in the Delhi 5 star hotel circuit. Stirling 's Curry connoisseurs can now enjoy truly fantastic Indian food prepared by Mr Singh's handpicked experts!
